Shipping Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one – two working day.

All orders are dispatched via the Postnet, courier service either Aramax or The Courier Guy.

Areas outside the general hub of cities we shall use The Courier Guy, for delivery as they are more easily able to reach these areas. The customer is also free to appoint their own courier to collect from our depot but the onus for delivery rests entirely with the customer.

All standard cities within the boundaries of the Republic of South Africa, we offer Aramax or The Courier Guy (delivery to door).

Where international orders are received we must first determine where you wish the parcel to be delivered to, and then we offer a quote to determine if the landed price is feasible for your budget. 

We despatch all our overseas products on International Freight by air. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
